140 | g | Blackcurrant, fresh |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
170 | g | Sugar |
3 | Eggs | |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Margit's solarium cake
To prepare the Margit's solarium cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the fat and let it swallow a little.
Stir eggs, sugar, wheat flour and melted grease together. NOTE! Do not whip.
Distribute the dough into a smooth layer in a greased raspberry mold approximately 22 cm in diameter.
Distribute the soap berries over it. Frozen berries do not need thawing.
Pour the cake on a grate at the bottom of the oven at 200 degrees 25-30 minutes. In a hot air oven at 175 degrees approx. 30 min.
Let it cool slightly before it is loosened by the mold.
Stir if necessary. Flour and water together. Spread the icing over the cake and let it stiff before serving the cake.
Store the cake cool.
tips:
Currants can be replaced with other frozen or fresh berries.
