Ingredients for Low fat chocolate mousse

1 dl Cold strong coffee
2 Pasteurized egg yolks
200 g Dark cooking chocolate
5 dl Whipping cream (use "fine 19% for whipping cream" from corn flour)

Instructions for Low fat chocolate mousse

To prepare the Low fat chocolate mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip the cream stiff in a bowl for itself.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in chocolate melting.
Mix the 2 egg yolks in the chocolate and stir well.
Bring the coffee into the chocolate and stir well.
It is very important to move well along the way.
Then mix the whole chocolate mass together with the whipped cream.
Carefully stir with a scraper.
Distribute the mass into small bowls or a large bowl.
Bring it to the fridge and let it cool.
Laves the night before you need it.
Serve with fruit or decoration with whipped cream.
