Ingredients for Herbal soup

Instructions for Herbal soup
To prepare the Herbal soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel all the vegetables, except the leeks and cut them into large cubes
Heat oil in a pan
Sauté grøntsagsternene-minus pores-in the oil until they smell fried. Add a few liters of water, so that the whole thing is just a little more than covered.
Let Cook for about 15. minutes.
Meanwhile: clean the pores, cut them into pieces and boil them in 3-4 cm in the microwave for about 4 minutes (with a little water)
Blend the soup a bit with a hand blender, add flødeosten, blend until it is so coarse/fine the way you want.
Season with salt and white pepper.
Add the leeks and let them warm.
Server.Et Sprinkle chopped parsley are both nice and healthy. Bread for.
