Instructions for Garlic soup 02
To prepare the Garlic soup 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn the peeled garlic in 1 tbsp. oil for about 3 minutes, without the assumes color. Add the chicken stock and 1 l. water and simmer for approx. 40 min. Parsley chopped and crushed to paste in a mortar with a little coarse salt and 2 tbsp. oil. Save a bit of parsley for garnish. The soup is poured through a strainer and the cooked garlic Diana through with a spoon. Egg yolks and 2 tablespoons. oil whisked together in a bowl, add a bit of broth and whisk it together. Pour the blandigen back in the rest of the soup and stir, season to taste with nutmeg and white pepper. Cut the bread into slices and grate it. Pour soup over to gently bread almost covered. Finish with a fresh dusk parsley. Velbekommen!
Tips:
30 cloves of garlic sound like much, but the way to cook on and use of parsley makes the taste of garlic is very subdued. In fact, one must be careful not to use too much white pepper or nutmeg as it would otherwise drown out the taste of garlic.
