Instructions for Fruit salad with luxury fromage
To prepare the Fruit salad with luxury fromage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set husbladen to soak in cold water about 5 minutes.
Pour a bit of væden from the fruits and benefit them in 4-6 serving glasses.
Beat the egg yolks and sugar light and frothy. Whip 1 ½ dl of cream and turn it in.
Dissolve husbladen over low heat in the last dl cream. Add it to the egg mixture in a thin beam, stirring continuously. Pipes also port-or what flavor addition is selected-in. Stir in the mixture occasionally until it begins to stiffen. Pour it over the fruit. Be cold until serving.
Sprinkle grated chocolate on top and garnish with small pineapple cherry or other fruit.
Tips:
It is an inviting dessert that can stand ready in the fridge and just decorating with chocolate sprinkles and fruit just before serving. Tilberedningetiden is about 30 min. + time in refrigerator
