4 | cup | Whole milk |
Instructions for Cranberry ice cream
To prepare the Cranberry ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil cranberries in water and 1 cup of whole milk while stirring. Boil until cranberries "pops", help them if necessary. A little on the road by mowing them.
When all the berries are "popped" they pour into a bowl.
Then bring the cream, sugar and the rest of the whole milk into a saucepan. Heat on low heat with stirring to the sugar is dissolved. Pour it into a bowl and add vanilla, egg, orange juice and lemon juice. The mixture is whipped easily.
The cranberries are now poured into a blender and blended. Pour the mixed cranberries together with the rest. It is whipped and seasoned with sugar.
The mixture is frozen.

tips:
1 cup = 250 ml Preferably use fresh cranberries. However, frozen can be used for emergency purposes.
