1.25dlMini milk
1.5tspBaking soda
100gAtwel or perfect fit
150Wheat flour
2tbspTable sweetener such as perfect strew or colo gran
25gIcing sugar
60gCanola oil

Instructions for California lemon cake-Diabetic

To prepare the California lemon cake-Diabetic recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Butter a springform on ca. 23 cm with canola oil.

Flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar mix Atwel in a bowl.

Oil, eggs, milk and half of the grated lemon peel mix in another bowl.

Add melblandingen to the oil mixture while stirring.

Pour batter into springformen and behind the cake in about 30 mins.

Prick cake in many places with a kødnål or knitting needle. Stir in powdered sugar, tabletop sweetener, lemon juice and the rest of the grated lemon zest together into a thin icing and pour this over the cake while it is still warm.

Let cake remain in the mold until it is cold.
