Instructions for Broken hearts
To prepare the Broken hearts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean and rinse the hearts and cut them into smaller pieces. Run them through a meatbreaker together with pilled onions. Mix chopped parsley in. Let the fat be golden in a thick pot and brown meat-onion mixture. Add the laurel leaves and tomato paste as well as the cream. Put on the lid and let it spin for 10 minutes. Season with salt and peppers. Serve with loose rice, new potatoes or cooked pasta.
