Instructions for Aîgo bouido (Garlic soup)
To prepare the Aîgo bouido (Garlic soup) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Traditionally, this soup is produced on pure water, - "aïgo bouido" means "boiled water", but it tastes a little more if you use a light broth.
Bring broth, bay leaves, sage, garlic and two tablespoons. Oil in a saucepan. Boil up excessive heat. Soak the heat and let the soup simmer with a lid on the clamp in a block.
Remove the spices and season the garlic with a spelled blender or pass them through a sieve.
Put two slices of bread in each soup plate and put some oil on them. Distribute the cheese over the slices and bring the smoking hot soup over it.
