Put the salmon pieces in a lightly baked oven dish, sprinkle them with herb salt and pepper and put them in a 220 degree hot oven for about 20 minutes.
Cut asparagus and mushrooms into smaller pieces and season them in oil on a pan for about three minutes. Season with herb salt and pepper and serve the vegetables to the salmon with the following dip:
Leave 2 1/2 dl of yogurt natural dip in a coffee filter (or use low fat Greek yogurt) and mix with 1 tbsp. Sweet chilli sauce. Season with spices and spices.
