Ingredients for Calendar Cakes

0.5 | tsp | Joe Pye weed aktsalt |
0.5 | tsp | Ginger |
0.75 | dl | Honey/syrup |
1 | Eggs | |
1 | tsp | Cinnamon |
1 | tsp | Cardamom |
1.25 | dl | Brown sugar |
5 | dl | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Calendar Cakes
To prepare the Calendar Cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir honey, butter and dough (powdered sugar) together. Add spices, deer salt, egg and flour.
Roll out the dough with a rolling roll. Slice approx. 24 cakes with different cake form (eg Hearts and Stars, Men and Wives.) Remember holes for the string so they can be hung up.
Bake the cakes for 15 minutes. At 170 degrees.
Decorate the cakes with patterns of glaze and of course the date ... !!!
Hang the cakes in a string and have your own cake calendar ... :-)
