3 | l | Boiling water |
3/4 | canned | Concentrated tomato puree |
3-4 | clove | Garlic |
3-4 | large | Onion |
4-5 | Potatoes, diced |
Instructions for Turkish lentil soup a'la Aino
To prepare the Turkish lentil soup a'la Aino recipe, please follow these instructions:
The lins are rinsed VERY thoroughly the onions are cut into strips. Garlic cut into slices / or chopped Sweat the curry in oil and pour onion and garlic on for approx. 2 minutes, the lenses (drip) came on and turned for approx. 2 min. Additionally, add the tomato concentrate and switch it on. Pour the boiling water over and add all other ingredients, except potatoes and carrots, and boil for approx. 45 minutes. NOTE! Potatoes and carrots are only available in the last 15 minutes.
