Instructions for Tahinsalat
To prepare the Tahinsalat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the pasta following the instructions on the bag. Pour it in a sieve and rinse it with cold water. Clean the celery and cut it into thin slices. Crack peberfrugten, remove the cores and cut into narrow strips. Mix vegetables and prepared pasta in a bowl. Stir in yogurt, tahin, pressed garlic and water together. Season with salt and pepper.
