Ingredients for Spaghetti Bolognaise

1 | large handful | Freshly grated parmesan |
1 | small piece | Italian sausage |
1 | large can | Concentrated tomato puree |
1 | large | Onion |
1 | large glass | Red wine |
1/4 | litres | Whipped cream |
150 | g | Bacon |
2 | dl | Beef broth |
2-3 | Carrots | |
4-5 | clove | Garlic |
500 | g | Ribbon pasta |
750 | g | Minced beef |
Instructions for Spaghetti Bolognaise
To prepare the Spaghetti Bolognaise recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chopped onion, garlic and meat brune well and then add sliced or chopped carrots and celery. It all fry for a few minutes and then add wine, broth and tomato puree.
Sovsen cooks thoroughly (This takes about 2 hours and defines the crucial difference between Sauce Bolognaise and Alm. Kødsovs). If the sauce is boiling dry add a little water or broth
After approx. Spoon the bacon for 1 hour and put it together with the sausage in mundane pieces.
When the sauce is cooked as it should, whip the whip together with the cheese, and the whole glory is seasoned to perfection.
The pasta is boiled and the dish is mixed in a (not too cold) dish.
