Instructions for Marengscake with apple filling
To prepare the Marengscake with apple filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fat is softened, mayonnaise-like, and stirred with sugar to a light and airy mass, after which the egg is stirred. Then add vanilla sugar, cream and flour that is already sifted with the baking soda. All of it is carefully mixed together into a uniform mass that is placed in a lubricated spring form approx. 24 cm in diameter without center ring.
Bake on the bottom of the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 20 minutes.
When the cake is baked, the filling is placed, and on top of this comes the marbles.
Replace the oven again at 200 degrees C. Alm. Oven on the middle shelf and baked until the marble is light brown, about 15 minutes.
applesauce:
The apples are peeled, the core house is removed and the apple is cut into the tern. Bring slowly to boil with a spoon. Water, add sugar and cook to a mash. Remove from the heat and add vanilla sugar. Cool.
Marengsmasse:
Whites whip stiff, and chop sugar is added little by little while continuing whipping and with caution so that the mass does not fall apart.
