100gBeef, chopped about 10% fat
15gYeast
150gGrated cheese, mozzarella 10%
200gWheat flour
6Tomatoes

Instructions for Low fat pizza

To prepare the Low fat pizza recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve the yeast in the liquid, add flour and allow the dough to rise for ½- 1 hour. Roll out the dough to fit a baking sheet.

Chop the beef on a slip-light pan without the use of grease and then spread the meat on the pizza base. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them over the meat and season with salt. Sprinkle mozzarella over.

The pizza is baked for 15-20 minutes at 225 degrees C. Alm. Oven on bottom or 2 bottom groove.
