3-4 | tbsp | Finely chopped candied orange peel |

Instructions for Little ambrosia cage
To prepare the Little ambrosia cage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the fat and let it cool off. Whip and sugar for a light and airy mass, add orange juice, orange peel and melted butter and stir the flour and baking soda with light hand. Mix the dough carefully and pour it into a 1 liter spring form greased with greasy and sprinkled with raspberries. Bag for approx. 35 minutes at 175 degrees. Try sticking the cake with a knitting stick to see if the cake is pierced before it is taken out. Leave the cake in the mold for a moment before it is lifted and cooled. Stir the glaze of flour and water and spread it over the cake. Sprinkle with pickled orange peel before the icing is dry. It is a relatively small cake, so many are probably baked with a double serving.
