Instructions for Hermann's nuclear bread
To prepare the Hermann's nuclear bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour 5 dl of water into a bowl and then the wet saucepan. If you do not have sourdough, you can use yeast. Add salt and oil. Add wheat flour and rye flour and stir it together. Then put the dough into baking sheet and flatten the dough with a spoon. The dough should be about 1 to 1.5 cm from the top of the baking mold. Pour a lot of holes in the dough and let it rise on a warm radiator covered, about 2 hours. Then brush the bread with oil and bake it by a hot air oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees on the lower shelf.
