200 | g | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Græskarkød seedless and must |
50 | g | Pecans (or walnuts) |
Instructions for Græskarmuffins
To prepare the Græskarmuffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grate the pumpkin flesh on the coarse side of the tear the iron. Mix the grated pumpkin with the chopped Pecans.
Whisk eggs, sugar, vanillekorn, oil and milk together.
Mix the flour, baking powder and spices to it and turn it into egg mixture. Add the pumpkin and nuts and turn it around until it is evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Brush a muffinform (with space for 12 muffins) or 12 muffinforme of paper with a little walnut oil and divide the batter in it. Behind the muffins golden brown by 180 degrees c. alm. oven for approximately 25-30 minutes.
Let them cool a little, take them out of the molds and the server may be damaged. covered with icing and adorned with caramelized Pecans.
Caramelized Pecans: heat the sugar and water in a thick-bottomed pan to the sugar is dissolved. Increase the heat and cook the sugar to caramel. Continue cooking after the sugar has been "dry", and when it caramelizes, reversed the nuts in karamellen, which then poured out on a piece of lightly oiled baking paper. Disassemble the nuts apart with a wooden spoon or a fork and let them cool completely. The nuts can be made a few days in advance and stored in a tightly sealed Tin.
