1 | bundle | Green asparagus |
150-200 | g | Feta |
300 | g | Frozen soy beans |
3-400 | g | Strawberry |
50 | g | Almonds |
Instructions for Exciting salad
To prepare the Exciting salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the rinsed quinoa in 2 dl water with a little salt for 15 minutes. Cool by rinse with cold water.
Soy beans are allowed to boil for 1 minute and then rinse with cold water.
Asparagus is flushed and the wooded end is broken off. Then cut into 2-3 cm long pieces.
The almonds with peel are chopped roughly.
Strawberries are rinsed, sipped and halved.
The feta is cut into the tern. The terns will be nicest if you blow the blade in warm water for every cut.
The bulbs are cut into centimeters.
It all mixes in a bowl without riding too much around.
Eaten as an accessory for meat, possibly. Together with boiled potatoes and tzatziki.
