Instructions for Chops in dish 25
To prepare the Chops in dish 25 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The bulbs are peeled and cut in half and then in slices. The perber fruits are cleansed for cores and split lengthwise about 1.5 cm. Thick strips.
Brush the chops on a frying pan and season with salt and pepper.
Place the chops in a large refractory dish in one layer.
Sweat the onions and spread them over the chops.
Season the peppers easily and spread them over the chops.
Pour the peeled tomatoes in addition to meat and vegetables.
Cook the pan with cream and dissolve the bubble cake in it. The cream is poured over the dish and gratinated with grated cheese.
The dish is gratified in the oven for approx. 30 min at 200 degrees. (Hot air 180 degrees)
Serve with boiled rice.
Basmatiris or Jasminris is recommended!
