To prepare the Chocolate cake with fruits recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter a round bake mold of 20 cm in diameter and coat it with baking paper. Softens butter and sugar in a bowl. Sift flour, cocoa and "mixed spice" into a bowl. Add eggs and whip to a smooth mixture.
Save 25g of chopped nuts, 40g of chopped chocolate and half of the pickled ginger. Bring the rest in the bowl with the mixed dried fruits and mix well. Turn the dough into the greased baking sheet and smooth the surface. Sprinkle with the stored nuts, chocolate and ginger. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 1 1 / 4-1 1/2 hours until you can stab in the middle of the cake with a baking stick without hanging. Let the cake cool off in the mold.
