1 | tsp | Chili paste |
1 | tbsp | Fish sauce |
1 | clove | Garlic minced |
1 | tbsp | Oyster sauce |
2 | Spring onions cut into 2.5 cm large slices | |
3 | tbsp | Broth |
300 | g | Chicken fillet |
4 | tbsp | Oil |
50-75 | g | Roasted cashews |
6 | Dried red chillies |
Instructions for Chicken with cashews
To prepare the Chicken with cashews recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a wok and fry the dried chilies until brown. Take them up, and place them to the side.
Came the rest of the oil in the wok and FRY garlic browned. Add chicken meat cut into slices, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and chili paste, and Cook, stirring, until the chicken meat is lightly browned. Reduce heat, add broth, and let the Court Cook a few minutes longer. Stir once in a while.
