Instructions for Apple Beans (French Fastelend Buns)
To prepare the Apple Beans (French Fastelend Buns) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the apples and plug the core housing out. Then cut them into slices (to get the hole in the middle), about 1 cm thick. Bring the flour into a bowl and whip water and melt in. Spread the egg and stir the flour in the dough. Whip egg whites to hard foam and turn it into the dough. Heat the oil up to 180 degrees. You can check the temperature by getting a small bite of French bread if it turns brown in 30 seconds, then the oil is ready. Dip the apples into the dough and peel some pieces at a time in the oil until they are light brown. Approximately 2 minutes on each side tend to be appropriate. Let the rings drain on some kitchen roll, sprinkle the flour and serve them immediately.
tips:
The apple pie is best when fresh and warm.
