optional Raisins
0.5 tsp Cardamom
1 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
100 g Magarine
2 dl Milk
50 g Yeast
50 g Sugar
500 g Wheat flour

Instructions for Amo Boller

To prepare the Amo Boller recipe, please follow these instructions:

The milk is lunes until it is "little finger-hot". Then pour it into a bowl.
The yeast dissolves in the milk. Put the rest of the ingredients in. Save a little of the flour to the kneading.
The dough is allowed to rise for 1/2 hour.
The dough is kneaded and 20 buns form. The balls are again raised for 1/2 hour. The oven is switched on to 200 degrees hot air.
When the balls have finished raising, they are put into the oven for 10-12 minutes.
