2 | Lemons juice thereof | |
3 | dl | Water |
400 | g | Strawberry (preferably frozen) |
50 | g | Egg white |
Instructions for Sugar-free strawberry sorbet
To prepare the Sugar-free strawberry sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water and Perfect Fit blend in a geyde and boil. Cool.
The strawberries are blended and added to the "sugar mixture" together with lemon juice.
Freeze in ice machine until it's semi-frozen.
Egg white is whipped stiff and added to the semi-frozen mass.
Run until everything is well mixed and the ice maker is finished.
Comes in bucket / buckets and frozen for approx. 2 hours in the freezer.

Other fruit, such as raspberries, berries or the like. Can be used.
