Instructions for Spanakopita
To prepare the Spanakopita recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean and cook the spinach lightly. "Twisting" the well, and notch it. Brown the chopped onion and finely chopped Leek lightly in a pot/pan in half the olive oil. Remove it from the heat and add the chopped dill, eggs, spinach and salt and pepper to taste.
Getting fat (oil) in a frying pan and spread half of dejpladerne. Spread the spinach mix over and cover this with the share half of the plates. Oils top, and bake it at 180 degrees c. alm. oven for about an hour.
