0.5 dl Good olive oil
100 g Green olives without stones
1000 g Washed cut "easy potatoes
1-2 tsp Rosemary
200 g Carrots

To prepare the Rosemary potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place potatoes and carrots in thin slices in a dish. Turn it all in olive oil and rosemary.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Comes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees about 40 minutes. Turn around after 20 minutes when adding olives.

tips:
If you do not like olives, these can be omitted.
