Ingredients for Raw marinated Cod al Ika Mata

Chopped herb for garnish (not dill)
White pepper
Coconut milk
A little finely chopped chili
The juice of the 2-3 lemons. (+ evt. juice from a lime (optional))
Salt
1 Cucumber also cut into small pieces
1 Finely chopped onion
1 Red yellow bell peppers or also cut into small pieces
2 clove Garlic
2-3 Tomatoes also cut into small pieces
500 g Cod fillet cut into small pieces. (preferably fresh--but frozen can be used)

Instructions for Raw marinated Cod al Ika Mata

To prepare the Raw marinated Cod al Ika Mata recipe, please follow these instructions:

The fish be marinated in lemon juice for about 2-4 hours. The fish must be v. room temperature.

You can see in the fish that it sees "fried" out in the acid bath. That it does not see raw out longer but have been white.
Darnes addressed by acid bath (acid bath is saved a little yet!) and mix with the vegetables.
Coconut milk and a little bit of marinade poured over, and it's all mixed and placed in a nice Bowl. The whole shebang garnish with finely chopped herb (and possibly a little finely chopped Chilli)

Tips:
Portion served in half-coconuts, which are placed on a slice of pineapple, so that it cannot fall over, and garnish the plate with blanched pineapple stop leaves, (as not to be eaten! finally!)
