Instructions for Mountain landscape cake
To prepare the Mountain landscape cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring butter, water and sugar in a pan and boil it up. Stir the flour quickly and "bag" the dough together while stirring until the dough releases the pan. You can use whip or electric whip. Let the dough cool a little and stir an egg in a hallway. There must be whipped between them. Put the dough in a greased pan of bread (about 20x25 or 15x25), and with dough scraps make small elevations that become mountains. The dough must be lubricated thinly in order to get airy and rise.
It must have 35 min in 200 degree hot air oven. Do not open the oven before it will collapse. Let the cake cool before decorating.
Ornaments: The recipe is from my childhood at Mim Grandma and Grandpa where we children could help decorate the mountain landscape and choose color on glaze, what size and how much. One can, as I have done, on the picture make blue islands and lakes, green forests and white snow peaks on the mountains. Children love colors and glaze, but from experience it is good to have lots of white mountains that are not so dangerous to eat, for adults and a little older.
