Instructions for Lamb Chicken Provenciale
To prepare the Lamb Chicken Provenciale recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices of approx. 0.5 cm. Arrow and chop the garlics. Put the sliced potatoes in a greased oven dish or frying pan. Crush the tomatoes with a fork and mix them with the potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic and chopped parsley. Pour broth into the dish / frying pan so that the potatoes are just covered.
Rub the lamb with oil, salt and pepper. Place it on top of the potatoes with the underside facing up.
