Instructions for Grillspid w / chicken meat and satay sauce

To prepare the Grillspid w / chicken meat and satay sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat for approx. 3 x 4 cm. pieces.

marinade:
Findel chopped in a mortar with coarse chopped onion and mix with cumin, curry, ginger and salt. The mixture is poured into a paste and stirred in the oil gradually. Bring the meat and let it marinate for 1-2 hours or longer in the refrigerator.

Put the meat together on small spikes (bamboo spider) and put them on the grill, turn once. Place the meat as close to the grill as it can without burning and fry 2-3 minutes. on every side.


The sauce is made as follows: Put the dried chili peas in soft in lukewarm water for approx. 30 min. Then blend them with garlic, onions, peanuts and peppers. Heat the oil on a pan, add the nutmeg and shake it for 5 minutes. under stirring. Stir lemon juice, sugar, salt and broth (dissolved in water) into and taste. The sauce must be strong and "burning" in the taste.

Served hot for the grilled meat with boiled rice.
