25 | g | Margarine |
4 | tbsp | Parsley, fresh |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
5 | dl | Red wine. meat |
600 | g | Pork Tenderloin, trimmed |
Instructions for Garlic ´ s Tenderloin w/mustard
To prepare the Garlic ´ s Tenderloin w/mustard recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fillets must be cleaned and is cut lengthwise so that they can be rolled out and "knock, flat"
Sprinkled with salt and pepper. Mustard lubricated on both instep, chopped parsley mixed with garlic and then sprinkled on top sennepen.
Fillets must be brought together as a scroll, and laced with a cotton thread, and then Brown on both sides (about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
Wine, tarragon and add boulliontern and FRY for around 15-20 minutes, turn over by half time.
The roast is taken up and add the sauce, boil the cream, resting up and season with mustard.
Served with potatoes.
