To prepare the Bulgarian chicken fricassee (Roaster) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub the cleaned poulard in-and outside with salt and place it in the gennemfugtede roaster. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and stir them together with yogurt and cream and pour it at poularden. Squeeze the garlic out of the Court and let the roast at 250 degrees for about 1 ½ hours. Take poularden out of the Pan, remove the skin and bones and cut it into suitable pieces. Sieve the sauce and add a jævning. Flavor it with salt and, if desired. a touch of sugar. Pour it over the pieces of meat. Eat right with loose rice.
