Ingredients for Brokkolisalat
1 | large | Red onion |
1½ | dl | Raisins |
1½ | dl | Sunflower kernels |
1-1½ | tbsp | Sugar |
1-2 | tsp | Red wine vinegar |
2 | Broccoli | |
2½ | dl | Cheasy cream 9% |
300 | g | Bacon-purchased/cut into very small cubes |
Instructions for Brokkolisalat
To prepare the Brokkolisalat recipe, please follow these instructions:
dressing:
Stir Cheasy Fraiche with red wine vinegar and sugar. Leave the dressing cold for an hour.
Shake the bacon completely dark and let it pull on a piece of kitchen roll or the like. Spread broccoli in very small bouquets. Cut reddish into small terns. Now mix broccoli bouquets, sunflower seeds, raisins, red onion and half of the bacon in a bowl. Pour dressing over and turn around. Decorate with the rest of the bacon.
