1 tsp Cardamom
1 dl Oil
1 dl Sugar
100 g Yeast
1000 g Wheat flour
2 tsp Salt
5 dl Milk

Instructions for Bowls 16

To prepare the Bowls 16 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lun milk. "Eat" the yeast in the sugar with a fork. Pour the lukewarm milk in. Add the other ingredients - except the wheat flour. Leave standing for 15 minutes.

Add the wheat flour slightly at a time and knead until the dough is smooth - without getting dry. Let the dough raise to double size.

Make about 30 buns and style them on a baking sheet. Let them rise for a further 15 minutes. Brush with egg and bag balls at 210 degrees for approx. 12 min.
