To prepare the Bacon-wedged hake on striped herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fish rinses well inside. Finder and tail cut off. Bacon wraps around the fish.
On a piece of double foil approx. 60x60cm put the finely sliced leeks and carrots first and put the fish on it. On top of the fish, put broad-leaf parsley and drizzle with the juice of the half lemon and white wine. Seasoned with freshly squeezed pepper.
The fish is packed and baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C. Alm. Oven for approx. 40 min.
Server with potatoes or rice.
