4 | Medium-sized eating apples – peeled and halved core are removed | |

Instructions for Apples in coat
To prepare the Apples in coat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Icing and flour mix. Fat chopped Egg yolk added in., and dough "pinch" quickly together. Be placed in a cool place, if necessary. refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Roll out with rolling pin to ½ CM's thickness. Cut into 8 equal squares. Each Apple half packed into a dejstykke, so the collection will be on cored-side. Placed on a greased plate with the round side up. Brushed with egg white, sprinkled with tesukker and chopped almonds. Bake at 200 degrees C for 12-15 minutes. Depending on how ripe apples are.
Served hot or cold tea or coffee or as a dessert with custard or whipped cream.
