Pirinc corbasi (Courgette soup) Kabakli

Potato and courgette FRY in the butter and then the paprika sprinkled over. Mix it well. Broth, salt, pepper and Mint added. When it boils pour the rice in and boils to everything is tender. Sprinkle with minced dill.
