Recipes with Yeast
The yeast crumbles in the lukewarm water.
Add the other ingredients, possibly more spelled flour. Knead the dough really well, preferably 3 min.mere than you like :-)
Let the dough rise for half an hour and then form into buns that are pressed a little flat.
Dej: Yeast is poured into the lukewarm water. Flour is drizzled in a little bit. Grease the plate where the dough is going. On the dough spread the tomato sauce.

Sifted butter - pour it into a bowl and add milk and youghurt. Stir the yeast into the mixture and add the remaining ingredients (add the flour gradually afterwards until the dough drops). The dough is well grounded on a mashed table and shaped into a flat fla
Mix the yeast with the lukewarm water after adding the beer, salt, oil and flour.
The dough must raise for approx. half an hour.
Fill in, at your discretion.
Bake at 200 * for 30 min.
tips:
If you make double serving, there will be almost 3 plates.
Butter / margarine is melted and the milk is added and the yeast is thrown out. The rest of the ingridi are added.
