Recipes with Rye flour, wholemeal
Mix the rye flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and flour in a bowl. (keep a little wheat flour a little while back) Add the milk and knead the dough together.
Take the dough out on a floured and knead it thoroughly. Add if necessary. the rest of the flour.
Use like the mixer with dough hooks-at lower revs.
The yeast is mixed in the lukewarm buttermilk. Then add rye flour and let the machine run until the flour is absorbed, then add sifting and salt. Let røremaskinen run in small 4 min. Dough is very soft. Let
