Recipes with Pepper
Spread the spinach at the bottom of a greased, refractory dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. If you use frozen spinach, it must be thawed first and the pressurized tissue should be worn. If you use fresh spinach you should calculate 800-1000 g of spinach
Sauté onions and garlic in butter. It should not take color. Sprinkle flour and stir, add the milk gradually while stirring and let it boil. Add the mushrooms cut into quarters and let them boil for a couple of minutes. Season with lemon peel, salt and pepper
Set the yogurt for dripping - either in a coffee filter or in a sieve covered with a clean dishcloth. This must be done at least one hour before serving.
Before serving mix 1-2 tsp of grated lemon peel and salt and pepper in the dripped yogurt.
