Put the salmon on a serving dish and pull off the skin.
The asparagus is peeled and the stabbing end is broken. Boil in salted water for 6-7 minutes. Boil peas briefly in salted water.
Arrange the light-boiled peas and asparagus around the salmon.

Spinach: The spinach is torn and blanched. Minced chopped and sautéed in butter. Add whipped cream and boil to the desired consistency. Seasoned with fried nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Salmon: The salmon is heated in the oven approx. 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Fill: On a pan come butter, in which chopped onions and mushrooms are shaken until they are tender - then add the cream. It all boils down to a stew.
Sauce: Put the cream in a saucepan and cook to half, add to the turmeric, salt and pepper as needed.

Mix the roast, onion and parsley and put it on the salmon slices. Cover with brie and grinder a little pepper over. Roll the salmon together and cut the roll in 5-6 slices. Place the slices on top and server with a washabidip.
