Recipes with Whipped cream
BlackBerry clean boiled with a little sweetener in 5 minutes and allow to cool. Blended with sherry.
The egg whites whipped stiff and folded in the cold brombærmos.
Are distributed into 4 serving glasses and garnish with whipped cream.
Whip the cream stiff with powdered sugar and vanilla. Serve immediately or set it cold, but not more than half an hour.
