Recipes with Yeast
Dissolve the yeast in the milk. The other ingredients in, and the dough is stirred until it is very light.
Place in 2 well lubricated, elongated shape, ca. 25 cm. long, filled only about half. Resolved to uplift on a warm place for about 30 minutes.

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
Getting all the ingredients-except the flour, and mix it together so it becomes a "porridge".
Add flour a little at a time until dough has a firm but sticky consistency.
