Recipes with Pepper
Divide the fillets along. Put a small sprig of each kind of spice on the meat side of each and roll from tail to head. Available with toothpicks or meatballs. Put the sour rolls in a saucepan, mix the ball and pour it over. Boil slightly under lid for approx.
Make a dressing of mayonnaise, creme fraiche, curry, mustard, salt and white pepper.

Sprinkle the fillets with salt and let them pull in the refrigerator for approx. 30 min. Rinse the fillets and wipe them. Butter the inside of the mustard with the mustard. Put onion, chopped parsley, salt and pepper on the fillets. Close them with chopsticks.
Mix all the ingredients in a blender or mash with a fork until the daddy is glossy in the consistency.
Pour into a refractory dish and put in the oven for approx. ½ hour at 200 degrees, or in water bath in a pan with lid on for approx. 15-20 min.
