Boil the potatoes tenderly
Pour flour and oil into a bowl and knead until it gets a consistency like coarse crumbs add a little water at a time until the dough is firm and roll to a ball. Butter the ball with oil and let it rest.

All ingredients are mixed.
The dough must be like a thin cream but should not "bubble" when you take a soup or pour some dough into the bowl.
Bake quite thin, on a relatively hot forehead. They must be so thin that there are small tiny "air holes" in.

Melt the butter at low heat and mix it with cream milk
Dissolve yeast in the warm mixture and then add sugar and salt
Stir the flour until it becomes a firm and lightly sticky dough
Pour the dough into a lump, sprinkle some flour over and cover with a cloth

When the dough is smooth, smooth and not sticky, divide it into 2 equal lumps and raise for 30 minutes.
I recommend dividing the goals into two, and making the dough in two bowls - it is easier to knead.

18 flat muffins are formed approx. 1 cm. In height. After raising for approx. 30 min.
Bake
Whip it all together to an airy mass. Take 140 gr. Bacon terns and put them on a pan and add them "dough" and 200 gr. Hamstring. Fill it now in muffin molds (only half pasted) and finish with grated cheese on top.
Bake 15-20 min. In oven at 180 degrees.
Is a
- Stir yeast into the water in a large bowl.
- Add salt, grahamsmel and most of the wheat flour.
- Peel the dough and add the rest of the flour gradually. The dough must be smooth and can drop your fingers.
- Let the dough raise as you make the filling.
