Drinks (cold) recipes
This recipe works with most berries, such as blackcurrant, blackberries, etc. Finished after 3 months. Clean and check wear. All that is over-ripe or moldy are thrown out. Place the berries in a large bowl. Crush the berries easily. Set them aside. Warm 4 cups
Mix all ingredientser and shake thoroughly. Leave it for 2 weeks. Filter and add more sugar to taste. Leave it for another 2 weeks. Can now be served. In coffee or over ice.
Wash the licorice root and chop it into small pieces. Add to vodka and leave it for a week 1 week. Filter. Add sugar and let stand another 1 week. Can now be served.
Infusion time approximately one month. The essence you now have, I would recommend that you add equal volume Brøndum schnapps or vodka. So in my opinion, this will get the right taste.
Can be drunk in the morning, after a good hike or for evening coffee.
Remove the seeds from the cardamom capsules. Add anise seeds, and hug all the kernels. Add angelica root, cinnamon, clover, Mace, and vodka. Shake thoroughly and store for 1 week. Filter thoroughly. Blend the liquid with sugar. Can now be served. * This brandy
Mix the herbs/spices with vodka and let it stand for 2 weeks. Filter until the liquid is fairly clear, add sugar to taste. Let it stand an additional 1 week. Can now be served. May be added to boiling water to make a good hot drink.
Cherry jossie should just be completely mature in order to get the best taste. Clean and dry just before use. Pour the sugar over, followed by vodka. There must NOT be touched. Cover with a lid and store in 3 months, then filtered. Burn the wine can now be ser
Mix all the ingredients and let it all be in 3-4 weeks. Turn on a daily basis. Coconut tends to be porous and absorbs the liquid then filter and pressure carefully so you get such a large dividend as possible.
