CREMEN ANGLAISE:
Milk / cream is boiled with sugar and vanilla marrow.
Egg yolks are whipped together in a bowl, whip a little of the boiling milk / cream, then whip the egg mixture into the milk / cream cream, whip the cream with low heat until it is alloye
Tear the marcipan and work it with milk. Egg whites and sugar whip the pin and turn with the soft marcipan pulp. The mass is lubricated on 20x30 cm baking paper and the bottom is baked at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cool and put in the freezer.

Pure raw marcipan cut into 30 slices, put on baking paper and baked at 180 degrees for 5-8 minutes.
For steam, boil 300 g of sugar and 1 dl of water. Let it boil for 2 more minutes. Add 150 g of pasteurized egg whites and lightly add sugar.

Mix it all together and whip it well. Put it in a blender and blend 30 sec. To 1 min. (Just to remove all the lumps!) The eggs can be avoided if you do not have any.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30-45 min. Whip just a couple of turns, also the doug
Bring all ingredients to boil while stirring and stick to uniform mass.
Can be said following and can be added a little more water as needed.
Bring the drained yogurt into a small bowl or glass.
Sprinkle with blueberries and hazelnuts and sprinkle sugar on top to make it a small, festive and inviting meal.

If you can not get fresh blueberries, you can use frozen blueberries, but then yo
Mix all the ingredients together. Vibrate the mass into small balls and roll them into coconut flour. (Do not waste the mass!) Put them in the fridge and wait 10 minutes. done! :-)

Good to have a hot summer day with a glass of juice.
Water and Perfect Fit blend in a geyde and boil. Cool.
The strawberries are blended and added to the "sugar mixture" together with lemon juice.
Freeze in ice machine until it's semi-frozen.
Egg white is whipped stiff and added to the semi-frozen mass.
