Recipes with Oatmeal
Mix milk and oatmeal and let it take a few minutes.
Stir the other ingredients with a whipping cream.

The waffles are light and crisp and taste delicious with flour, jam and a bowl
Almonds, linseed and sunflower seeds are ground for flour (Can be made in a coffee grinder or blender)

This should be the original Swiss muesli and it tastes excellent.
Start by making the chopped almonds and apricots ready, there's no time for this when you're done!
Melt the honey on a large pan and grate oatmeal, pumpkin and chopped almonds until golden. Take care of the heat, it burns easily!

The ingredients (except the protein powder) are thoroughly blended.
